TAPAJ locally
Do you work with young people aged 16 to 25 facing severe social precarity; whether through drop-in services, outreach, or street intervention; and wish to explore new ways to support them? Are you part of a Care and Support center for people who use drugs or a public/private institution working with youth in vulnerable situations?
Are you looking to strengthen your intervention strategies for young people with complex needs?
If so, TAPAJ, originally developed in France and adaptable to different contexts, might be just what you’re looking for.

Work as a key lever: complementing your harm reduction efforts

TAPAJ France, a network of committed actors across regions

A program at the crossroads of multiple public policies
TAPAJ is one of the key tools endorsed by the French government as part of the National Strategy to Combat Delinquency, the National Plan to Tackle Addictions, and the National Strategy to Fight Poverty. TAPAJ France has been officially mandated by the State to coordinate the national deployment of the program.
Already implemented in 77 cities across mainland France and overseas territories, TAPAJ is active in rural areas, priority urban neighborhoods (QPV), and city centers.
Any addiction care and support center for people for use drugs is eligible to lead the TAPAJ program, often with the support of local elected officials for its implementation.
